The Black Stars intensify their preparations for their forthcoming World Cup qualifying matches against Madagascar and Chad.

The Black Stars trained at the Accra Sports Stadium on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, stepping up their preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

All 23 players invited for the qualifiers were focused and competing for a position in the final roster as the team prepared for the pivotal matches against Madagascar and Chad.

Prior to their first game on Friday, the players went through a rigorous set of drills and exercises meant to evaluate their preparedness and level of fitness.

The team’s dedication was clear as they persevered through training, hoping to impress their trainers and the spectators who had flocked to the stadium to watch.

Important participants were Antoine Semenyo, Jordan Ayew, Thomas Teye Partey, Mohammed Kudus, Alexander Djiku, Mohammed Salisu, Jerome Opoku, Jonas Adjetey, Ernest Nuamah, Francis Abu, Ebenezer Annan, and Thomas Teye Partey. Nine players started the team’s preparations on Monday, while the remaining players joined on Tuesday.

The Black Stars have made great strides in their training and are prepared to put up a good show in the forthcoming World Cup qualifying matches.

Wednesday and Thursday will be the team’s last practices at the Accra Sports Stadium before their game against Chad on Friday, March 21, 2025.
