Fidelity Bank is dedicated to promoting diversity.

By continuing its long-standing sponsorship of the New Horizon Special School, Fidelity Bank Ghana has reiterated its dedication to promoting inclusivity and making a significant contribution to society. Under the direction of its committed Customer Experience department, the Fidelity Bank team spent valuable time interacting with the management and students, sharing moments of genuine human connection, encouragement, and humor.

The bank gave the school GH₵20,000 as part of its continuous support, guaranteeing that it would have access to necessary materials that improve the kids’ educational experience.

To add a sweet touch to the day and quietly honor Ghana’s rich cocoa legacy, the crew also gave away 200 chocolates.

The bank noted in a press release that the donation demonstrated the corporation’s comprehensive approach to its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), emphasizing long-lasting, meaningful projects.

Beyond monetary exchanges
According to Comfort Armoo, Head of client Experience at Fidelity Bank, the bank thought that a genuine client experience went beyond just making purchases.

It’s about actively promoting our community’s well-being and comprehending its demands. The happiness on the faces of the kids at New Horizon is evidence of the value of giving back and the strength of human connection.

We are incredibly honored to have kept up the relationship for more than ten years, and we’re determined to keep supporting this amazing organization,” she said.

Appreciation
Sylvia François, the board chair of the New Horizon Special School, conveyed her sincere appreciation, stating, “Fidelity Bank’s commitment to New Horizon is truly remarkable.” They have been our pupils’ ray of hope and encouragement for more than a decade.

The sincere love and concern they provide our kids is more important than the chocolates when they visit on National Chocolate Day.

According to her, the funding would allow them to upgrade their facilities and supply essential materials that improve kids’ educational experiences.

According to the press release, the bank expanded its outreach activities around the country in addition to the New Horizon visit.

“The bank reinforced its culture of caring and appreciation by surprising customers with chocolates at its branches throughout Ghana.

Additionally, the Hohoe Postbank of Fidelity Bank contributed chocolates to the Volta School for the Deaf and Blind in the Oti Region, joining in on the holiday cheer,” the statement continued.
