The Head of Ghana National Household Registry (GNHR), Dr Richard Adjetey, has lauded the Information Services Department (ISD), for its diligence in information dissemination.
Speaking at a workshop on Public Education Campaign in Cape Coast on Monday, Dr Adjetey said one of the activities at the heart of the GNHR is public education campaign and this is where the ISD has played a key role and the World Bank has acknowledged that and is pleased to work with the Department in all data collection activities.

“When it comes to data collection, especially with the census approach, we need an institution that is more in-depth into communication and that is the hallmark of the ISD; you don’t only do community sensitization but you also do community entering,” he said.
