Ramsey Noah Announces Upcoming Nollywood Project,
“The Igbo Landing Story”
Based on the sad events of May 1803, this historical drama portrays the story of 75 enslaved Igbo people who bravely seized control of a slave ship destined for America. Rather to accept a life of slavery, they heroically rose up, overwhelming their captors off the coast of Georgia, and eventually chose a powerful act of defiance.
The film, inspired by this incredible true story, will premiere worldwide in April.
