I appreciate you having faith in me. According to Kweku Flick, Sarkodie

Award-winning rapper Sarkodie has received a lot of love from fast-rising artist Kweku Flick for believing in him and providing him with a platform to display his skills.

As you may remember, Kweku Flick received a lot of attention in December of last year for his amazing rap performance on Sarkodie’s Messiah. He attributes this success to the renowned rap artist.

Kweku Flick is still appreciative of Sarkodie for believing in him, even though he has received praise for that performance.

Kweku Flick, whose real name is Andy Osei Sarfo, talked about his friendship with Sarkodie and said that he had always loved the renowned rapper before he became well-known.

Sarkodie is one of the individuals I admire. I was a fan of his even before I began performing, and I find great inspiration in both his music and way of life. When I learned that he was my uncle’s close buddy, we even grew closer.

I greatly respect and value him since he treats me as though we have known each other for decades. He is very self-aware and doesn’t joke about his music or profession, which is one thing I’ve learnt from him,” he told the media in an interview.

New Year and Bye, two of his earlier Drill hits, helped bring the Asaaka genre to the attention of the general public, and he still has a big influence on its development.

Since many of the artists are concentrating on their own professions, Kweku Flick claims that even if the movement’s vitality may seem muted, it is still vibrant.

“Everything you observed about that mood a while back is still taking place. The feeling is still there in terms of music. Simply put, folks claim they don’t see it as much as they used to since everyone is doing their jobs. For me, everything is going great, and everyone is working independently,” he continued.

The musical style of Kweku Flick has been frequently likened to that of Kwesi Arthur throughout the years, and some critics have accused him of copying the Grind Day hitmaker.

Kweku Flick, however, denied these allegations and highlighted his close relationship with Kwesi Arthur.

One of the persons who has supported me since the start of my musical career is Kwesi, whom I now consider a brother. We are cool, unlike what many people believe, and I adore him.

“To be honest, I wasn’t anticipating anything he did for me recently. And that deepened my affection for him. He is aware of what he is discussing,” he revealed.
